Diablo Bar & Grill in Perth, WA, are NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED STAFF.
Our BRAND NEW venue features amazing meats from the grill and shared options to suit all tastes, old school restaurant service, amazing local and international wines, decadent cocktails, huge screens for sport and entertainment, plus live bands, musicians and DJs - our sound systems is pumping!
Our executive team are experienced hospitality industry professionals that NEVER COMPROMISE ON QUALITY, but we are hands-on with our management and provide support during the busy service periods. Plus we are focused on training. We need vibrant staff that are willing to meet our standards and have valid experience to fill the following roles:
BAR SUPERVISORS (prefer APPROVED MANAGER WA CARD HOLDERS - we can possibly help the right staff) - Your passion is mixing quality spirits to create classic cocktails, you experiment with modern twists in taste, but you can pull beer and engage a full bar
COCKTAIL AND BAR STAFF - You're already in the bar scene running a station with ease, but feel like you have more to offer and cocktails are your passion
We need additional staff to join the team, including:
FLOOR SUPERVISORS - you've managed teams to ensure floor service of quality restaurants, bistros, cafés, or lounge bars, plus you can coordinate food service operations with the kitchen
WAITSTAFF - You have skills in restaurant table service, wines service, lounge cocktail tray service, or events, and want to build your service skills and enhance your knowledge of food and beverages
BARISTAS - You're committed to coffee and ensuring the taste and presentation of EVERY cup is IMPECCABLE
CAFÉ COUNTER STAFF - You're a legend behind the counter, love coffee, know how to package both fresh and ready-to-eat foods, plus you understand that safe food handling is critical
