Our Q3 strategy meeting was held this quarter in the picturesque Hunter Valley NSW. We may have got a bit trigger happy but not a bad setting for a meeting. When you change your environment and surround yourself with great minds the outcomes are exceptional 👌 🙌🏼

Meet Ella, she is our employee of the week 👏🏼Ella has evolved so much in the last few months, she has unbelievable work ethic and commitment to getting better and better each day. We asked Ella a few reasons about why she likes working with us at Silverlining and this is what she had to say!

“Silver lining provides an amazing opportunity for anyone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, there is no limit on how far you can go because it is all about your determination and drive to get to where you want to go. The support you receive from everyone here at Silver lining is phenomenal, there is constant encouragement to step outside your comfort zone and face your fears head on! The only limitation you have is the one you create in your mind. Learning how to set big goals and build an unbreakable attitude has changed my life for the better at work and outside of work, I always knew the importance of personal development but I never implemented it properly for myself until I started my journey at Silver lining. I have picked up new healthy habits like reading, going to the gym constantly, taking care of my nutrition and many more! This week we asked Sales Executive Leader Chantelle Mullan a bit about why she likes working at Silverlining, we were humbled by her response! Chantelle had a short-lived experience in the industry previously, but after injuring her back she couldn't continue. She says after seeing an ad on seek from Silverlining she thought she'd love to give it another crack!

"I loved how the interview panned out, Dave and Marco incorporated my own goals and desires into the industry, and explained the potential opportunities they were willing to offer to someone who was searching for more than just a job. Being in an environment that allows you to consistently work on your own self development, as well as train and develop others is so rewarding. At first my intentions where financial gain as that's how most employees see their job, but it's so much more than that now. It's a lifestyle that I am creating for myself and those around me, to consistently show up and be the best versions of ourselves. The money is a by-product of this type of work ethic, and it's an amazing feeling to be a part of such a welcoming and kind industry. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Dave from Silverlining, and other sales managers and directors like Marco and the rest of the amazing team the company have introduced. I can finally say I love my job and the people I work with! How amazing is that, I continue to grow and learn every day which is the biggest blessing in my opinion ✨️"
