Move Consultants is a specialist boutique-style traffic engineering and transport planning consultancy focussed on delivering sustainable, cost-effective and balanced movement network solutions and research into integrated urban transport poliicy. Responsible for the project management of a variety of transport planning and traffic engineering projects including strategic planning, site-impact assessment, parking demand assessment, planning and policy, urban design, intersection analysis, access assessment and management and transport modelling. Management of sub-consultants and preparation of detailed proposals, submissions and tenders. Compilation, management and monitoring of project programs and budgets. Liaison with Clients, Local Government and State Government agencies. Management, direction and ‘mentoring’ of staff using ‘best practice’ leadership techniques. Fostered client loyalty to the extent that 5 major existing clients from previous employer appointed DVC as consultant of choice due to past history of excellent customer service and successful project outcomes. Preparation and presentation of expert testimony at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT).
