Australian government has released new post study work extensions for international students. As of July 1, 2023, the limits will go up as follows:

Bachelor's degrees - 2 years work visas will be extended to 4 years

Masters degrees - 3 years work visas will be extended to 5 years

Doctoral degrees - 4 years work visas will be extended to 6 years.

This is a new benefit to international students who graduate with eligible degrees in healthcare, education, engineering and many other fields from Australian education providers. Students have even more to gain. They will no longer be limited to 40 hours a fortnight during school session. Students will be allowed to work up to 48 hours per fortnight and unlimited hours during school holidays.
