Ganit is an experienced mediator, conciliator (HADSCO), trainer and consultant in negotiation and conflict management. Ganit has a bachelor’s degree in law and a Masters in conflict analysis and management. She has over 14 years of experience in dealing with a variety of interpersonal, inter and intra organisational conflicts as well as international settings. She is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP). In 2004 Ganit undertook a unique project where she designed and co-facilitated a two year negotiation and conflict management program for Israeli-Palestinian young leaders. That was an excellent opportunity for learning about complex multi-party, multi-identity, intractable conflicts. Inspired by this experience, Ganit initiated an action research group of Israeli and Palestinian men and women to explore gender emergence in their negotiations. Ganit has established GPS Conflict Management, Training and Consultancy in 2009 and since then she is providing training and consultancy services to a variety of organisations and individuals. Ganit has developed a special framework for working with individuals, teams and organisations to analyse and design negotiation and conflict management training packages and systems, which promote a culture of learning, strategic and open communication and enhance confidence and motivation.

Workshop in Milan was a great success!! Feedback was overwhelmingly positive: "The base of any profession or life skill is relationships with others. Decoding the elements, including the hidden elements, regarding relationships and their effects on negotiation is a precious and efficient tool. I have already started using successfully what has been developed during the seminar." (D, Business Manager), "I have rarely had the pleasure of attending a seminar with a teacher so interesting, well prepared and enjoyable to follow" (G, Lawyer).

GPS would like to thank Michael Tsur and MNR Italy (Arik and Christina) for the invitation and the wonderful hospitality :-)

The workshop, designed and facilitated by Ganit Poleg-Spark will highlight the internal and external gender barriers that we face as men and women in negotiations and provide advice and practice on how to lift them for negotiation and leadership success.

The workshop will be held in the beautiful Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) in Milan.

13th of November, Ganit Poleg-Spark presented at the Negotiation and Leadership Conference in Israel sponsored by the Israeli Centre of Management (Hamil) and Michael Tsur. In this presentation Ganit highlighted the "Shadow Negotiation". This unspoken interaction regarding gender, culture, relationships, personalities and more, although in the "shadows", has a major impact on the negotiators, the interaction between them in the actual negotiation 'around the table" and eventually on the negotiation outcomes.
