Every year it's the same story. EOFY sneaks up like it wasn't literally on the calendar the whole time.

The expense spreadsheet that's partly done. The invoices filed across three different places. The receipts that are absolutely somewhere.

Being disorganised at EOFY can mean missed deductions, a stressed accountant, and a lot of frantic catch-up that could have been avoided.

This is exactly the kind of situation I love stepping into sorting through the chaos, getting documents in order, and setting up a simple system so next year feels like admin, not a crisis.

There's still time, but not heaps of it. 😄 DM me and let's work it out together.

The moment you realise you've spent three hours on admin instead of the work that actually grows your business.

It creeps up on you; a quick email here, a document to update there and suddenly it's 2pm and you haven't touched the thing you actually needed to do.
Admin isn't optional. But drowning in it is.

The difference isn't working harder. It's having the right systems and the right support — so the admin gets done without eating your whole day.

If your admin is quietly running your schedule, I'd love to help you take it back. Feel free to reach out.

recently worked with a consultant who was putting in 60-hour weeks and her business was still falling behind.

Good clients. Great reputation. Work she genuinely loved.
But behind the scenes? 2,000+ unread emails, no consistent onboarding process, and documents being copied and pasted manually every single week.

She wasn't failing. She was just doing everything herself.

A few weeks of mapping out how her business actually ran, then building simple systems around it and she had hours back every week.

If that story sounds a little too familiar, feel free to reach out. You don't have to keep doing it all yourself.

Not the week you currently have, the one you started your business to have.
Finishing at a reasonable hour? More time with family? A Friday afternoon that's actually yours?

I ask this in almost every discovery call because it cuts through the noise and gets to what actually matters.

Tell me below, what is on your ideal week list? 👇

To the Mums running their own business. I see you.

The school car park calls. The proposals written after bedtime. The invoices sent between drop-off and your first meeting.

The mum guilt about working. The work guilt about mumming. Sometimes both before 9am.

You've built something real while also showing up for your family — and that is genuinely remarkable.

As a mum of three teenage boys running my own business, I know exactly how many hats you're wearing. And I want you to know, you're doing better than you think.

Happy Mother's Day to every mum in business. I hope today is entirely, beautifully yours. 💐

tart with anything repetitive if you're doing the same task every week following the same steps, it can be handed off.

Then look at anything pulling you out of focus; routine emails, filing, scheduling. Every interruption costs more time than you think.

After that, check your to-do list for anything that's been sitting there for over a month. If it keeps not getting done, it probably needs a system, not more willpower.

And finally, the stuff you dread. The tasks you avoid, resent, or do badly because you don't enjoy them. Someone else would do those well. And happily.

You don't have to hand off everything at once. Start with one. See how it feels.

DM me if you want help figuring out where to begin.

Getting support for your business doesn't mean you've failed. It means you're thinking like a CEO.

No successful business owner does everything alone.

At some point the smartest move you can make is bringing in someone you trust to help carry the load, not because you can't manage, but because your time is worth more than your inbox.

The businesses that grow aren't the ones doing the most. They're the ones doing the right things.

If you're at that point and not sure where to start, I'm always happy to have a chat. No pressure, ever.
