Recently worked alongside redesigning their website, and this wasn’t just a visual update. It was a proper restructure of how the site works, how it communicates, and how it supports the business behind it.
Because like a lot of growing businesses, things had evolved over time. Services had expanded, processes had changed, but the website hadn’t quite kept up.

So instead of just making it look nicer, we went deeper.
We looked at how enquiries actually come in
How parents move through the site and make decisions
Where things were unclear or causing drop-off And how the backend needed to support it all without creating more admin.

That’s the part people don’t always see. A website isn’t just front-end design, it’s how it connects to everything behind the scenes.

The goal was simple. Make it easier for the right clients to understand, trust, and take action, while also making sure the internal process isn’t a mess to manage.

The new site officially launched yesterday, and it already feels like a completely different setup. Clearer, more intentional, and actually aligned with how the business operates now.

Spent this week deep in a client CRM and it confirmed something I see all the time.

Most systems aren’t broken, they’ve just been set up with no real structure behind them, or a lack of understanding how they work.

This one had pipelines that didn’t match how enquiries actually come in, way too many fields, and no clear way to see what was active or close to converting. It just made everything harder than it needed to be.

So we pulled it back, mapped out how the business actually operates, and rebuilt it around that. Cleaner stages, less noise, and a flow that makes sense from first enquiry through to conversion. Reporting now actually tells you something useful instead of just sitting there.

It’s not about adding more into a system. It’s about making it usable.

Most businesses don’t need a new CRM, they just need to stop working against the one they’ve already got.
