WA MOBILISATIONS

Phillips-Hunter was fortunate enough to attend Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition this week and hands down one of the best conferences ever attended 🙌

Seeing the Army equipment and technology up close was incredible — from military vehicles to advanced communications systems and the innovations shaping the future of defence. The engineering and expertise behind it all gave me plenty to be amazed by! 🪖 ⚙️

What stood out most was the purpose behind the technology: supporting our soldiers, improving their capability and helping keep them safe 🧷

The conversations, displays and opportunity to learn made it an unforgettable experience. I walked away inspired, with an even greater appreciation for our Defence forces and the people developing the technology that supports them. 👏

And Christy got to have a cuddle with a very sweet girl 🐕‍🦺 🐕 💕

Things have been a little busy behind the scenes at WA MOBILISATIONS—which means we’re fashionably late with this very special announcement! 💍🤍

A few weeks ago, our wonderful Shianne Didio married her love, Jacob, and we couldn’t be happier for them both 💞

Shi, you somehow managed to plan a wedding while keeping mobilisations moving, people organised and the rest of us on track—which may be your most impressive project yet! 😂 🎉 👰‍♀️

Please join us in congratulating the newlyweds, Mr and Mrs Didio ! We wish you both a lifetime filled with love, laughter and happiness. 💑

Congratulations, Shianne and Jacob! 🥂✨

We had a fabulous end to our Friday last week when we received some amazing feedback from one of our valued clients 💕

"The responsiveness, collaboration, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring our personnel are mobilised safely have made a significant difference in keeping everything running smoothly.” 🙌

Mobilisation is about much more than flights, paperwork and site access—it’s about keeping people safe, compliant and ready to work 👷‍♀️

We’re incredibly proud of our team and the dedication that is brought to our clients every day 🥹 🦾

Feedback like this means so much to our team and reminds us why we love what we do 😍

Apparently, everyone in mining is heading to Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum & Dealers next week… ⛏️ 🥳

Everyone except WA MOBILISATIONS. 😂

While LinkedIn fills up with airport selfies, questionable Kalgoorlie footwear choices, networking drinks and the annual “How good is Diggers?” posts, our team will be holding the fort and keeping mobilisations moving 👩‍🔧

No lanyards 🏷️
No long lunches 🥗 🍾
No pretending we remember where we met someone last year 😕 🤦‍♀️

Just medicals, inductions, flights, site access and the occasional “urgent” mobilisation request that arrived five minutes ago. 😅 👩‍💼

To everyone attending—have an amazing time, make great connections and enjoy a drink for us 🙌 🍻 🎉

We’ll be here, making sure your people can actually get to site while you’re busy networking. 😉 🛸 🥹

WA MOBILISATIONS the pleasure of attending the WA Mining ClubMining Club Scholarship Awards Dinner, celebrating the next generation of talent entering our industry 🎉

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from Scott Williamson from Horizon Gold Ltd. Scott's journey is a great reminder that career paths are rarely straight lines. Sometimes the best opportunities come from saying "yes", stepping outside your comfort zone, and being open to where the industry can take you.🌍

Scott also brought plenty of laughs to the room — a funny, down-to-earth bloke from Gero whose authenticity made his message even more memorable 💥

The room was filled with impressive young people who are clearly destined for great things. Their passion, ambition and willingness to learn was inspiring to see 🙌

A huge congratulations to all the scholarship recipients, and a special thank you to Barry Upton and Christine Croft for the incredible work they do creating learning opportunities through mining camps and industry programs. The impact these experiences have on young people considering careers in mining cannot be overstated. 💯

The future of our industry is in good hands. 👏⛏️✨

At WA MOBILISATIONS we are incredibly proud of our Women Are Machines team taking on the 50K in May challenge for MS Australia 💛

Our Director Christy set herself an even bigger challenge and is now just 15km away from completing an amazing 100km effort 🏃‍♀️🔥

The team has been working hard to raise funds, but we are still hoping to reach our fundraising goal of $500 before the month wraps up.

If any of our clients, friends, supporters or followers are able to spare a few dollars, we would be so grateful for your support. Every donation helps support Australians living with MS and contributes to vital research and services 🫶

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated, shared, encouraged and supported the team along the way. The resources industry always shows up when it matters most ⛏️💙💛

I'm raising money for a cause close to my heart and would love your support.
