Tonight’s dinner was Beef Stroganoff made with my homemade beef stock. 🙌🏼

If you didn’t already know, I’m a very involved rugby league mum, so being organised with dinners is absolutely crucial (we’re at training 4 nights a week). Since my son has made the Under 16s WA State Team, our evenings are busier than ever, and when that boy is hangry… he’s HANGRY. 😅

After training, what he needs is a warm, filling meal with plenty of protein and carbs to fuel his growing body—not expensive takeaway that leaves everyone hungry again an hour later.

I make sure dinner is ready before we leave. Sometimes he’ll have a quick bowl before the one-hour drive down south, and other times he waits until we get home, but either way it’s hot and ready to go thanks to the ThermoServer. ❤️

I’m currently sitting at training in the cold, editing these reels, and honestly I can’t wait to get home to a big bowl of this myself. Winter dinners just hit different. 🤤❄️

Not the most exciting thing to make… but definitely one of the most useful. 🤎

With winter meals on repeat in our house, I kept noticing how many recipes called for meat stock, so I decided to make a batch from scratch in the TM7.

Soups, stews, casseroles, gravies and slow-cooked favourites all taste that little bit better when you’ve got homemade stock ready to go. 🙌🏼

Watching the footy on a Sunday and craving a sweet treat ? 🍯🏉

This homemade honeycomb was made from scratch and ready to serve by half-time. Crunchy, sweet, and gone in minutes!

This uses a function called Sugar Modes which is hidden in your Thermomix as a safety feature but I don’t want you to miss out on finding it.

Confession… this was my first time making Okonomiyaki! 🇯🇵

Good Friday felt like the perfect excuse to try something new… so I made the Cookidoo Seafood Chowder 🐟✨

And wow… it did NOT disappoint.

The real test in our house?
My 16-year-old son 😅 (aka my toughest critic)

He gave it a 10/10 🙌🏼

And if you know, you know… that’s a BIG deal.

I actually have a folder dedicated just for his 10/10 meals 😂
So whenever I’m stuck on what to cook, I just go straight there and know it’s a guaranteed win ✔️

Safe to say… this one has officially made the folder 👏🏼
