Moving data between data centres shouldn't mean stitching together multiple providers.

Nexthop connects Australia's major data centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, including Equinix, NEXTDC, DigiCo, Macquarie Data Centres, 5GN, Over the Wire and QV1. That's 39+ facilities across our footprint, all on a network we build, own and operate.

Pick the service that fits the job:
Dark Fibre: full control over your own capacity
Wave: dedicated high-bandwidth wavelengths between sites
L2: simple, secure Ethernet between data centres and offices

Your business runs on what’s underneath.

When your connectivity depends on multiple providers, getting a problem solved can quickly become a problem of its own.
Nexthop is the carrier. We own and operate our fibre network, so you connect directly with the team responsible for delivering and supporting your service.
That means fewer handoffs, faster answers and one team accountable for keeping your business connected.

Today Nexthop and Symphony are announcing our new Power+Fibre 'Critical Connectivity' partnership.

Australia's energy transition and digital build-out are converging at scale, and the projects driving it (renewable energy and storage, hyperscale and neo-cloud data centres) all share dependencies: resilient power and resilient data connectivity, available from day one. Until now those have been scoped separately, with all the coordination risk, cost duplication and timeline exposure that entails.

By co-locating HV transmission and high-capacity, diverse fibre from the very outset of a project, we close that gap. Clients get an integrated offering from development through to operations, with commercial certainty on both power and connectivity. It's a combination no single partnership has brought to the Australian market at this scale.

A genuine thank you to Steve Butler and the team at Symphony. The depth of knowledge of HV networks there is incredible, and your people have been outstanding to work with. We're aligned on what matters most, which is speed and certainty for the clients we serve.

We're excited for what comes next.
