Established for over 20 years, MyDiary is a National distributor of hard copy diaries designed and created for both Private and Government Schools. Our exciting diary is designed with the view to encourage students to be positive, time manage and advance all of their talents.
In moving operations from Queensland to Perth Northern Suburbs a stimulating challenge has become available for a key manager to develop and manage all processes on a national level from WA. The successful applicant must be able to review current systems, design and implement a structure best suited to the needs of the business now and future-forward. The applicant must have strong creative, communication and organisational skills, be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
Experience and Qualifications
โข Manage HR and business administrative duties
โข Creative project management
โข Advanced Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
โข Full experience in CRMs software and an ability to adapt and modify them
Duties and Responsibilities
โข Create & maintain budgets and KPIs
โข Be responsible and report to the Managing Director
โข Set up an office and create administrative procedures
โข Human Resource Management including establishment and maintenance of team records
โข Team Management including quality control and service control
โข Client Liaison
โข CRM and Project management
โข Staff Training and Training manuals
โข Maintain KPIโs as directed by the Managing Director.
