So it's Sunday afternoon and your peaceful weekend is winding down as you begin to prepare for an amazing week ahead. What better time to nourish your gorgeous self with a yummy facial...pop into the cupboard for supplies and simply mix together sugar (raw is best as it takes longer to melt but any is fine) with some sesame or olive oil...after massing this delicious scrub into your face reach for the honey (manuka is awesome but if you don't have it any will do) and apply a thin layer all over the face...if your skin is sensitive use a mashed up avocado instead and chill out for ten minutes before washing off. And then take the rest of the afternoon off...
