Want to dive straight into a creative, fast-paced intern role where you can nurture your passion and big ideas? The Natives is a digital marketing agency located in the heart of creative agency land in Cremorne.
We’re looking to welcome our next Social Media/Content Intern who lives and breathes social media and content production.
You might have your own Instagram account that grows by the day as you produce engaging content. Match that with strong writing ability, and you’ve got the fundamentals of what we’re looking for.
Working closely with the Social & Content Lead, as well as the rest of our dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience in a relaxed agency atmosphere where no two days are the same. You’ll balance learning with ex*****on. PS - we all started as interns somewhere, so you won’t just be making coffees.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A way with words and a keen eye for proofreading (a stray apostrophe won’t sneak past you)
- Experience posting to varied social channels, we’ll teach you the tools to manage these
- Some experience in preparing social content calendars or blogs (please share links if you have them)
- A keen interest and awareness in social trends, new channels and the next big thing
- An interest for marketing strategies and isn’t afraid to share their own big ideas
- Basic design skills (you’ll earn a ‘Gold Star’ for these!)
- You’re open to learning, coachable, and solution-oriented
- A good sense of humour and enjoys Friday drinks
After the first month induction, this will be a paid internship that leads to full employment options at the completion. There is flexibility to the weekly working schedule too.
This position would suit someone in their final year of university or a recent graduate. In the past we have offered permanent roles to two previous interns who nailed it - we couldn't bear to lose them!
