HR Driver/ Yardsman

ACT Formwork currently has an opportunity available for an experienced HR licensed driver/ Yardsperson to join our team. As well as making accurate and prompt deliveries to site, this position is responsible for warehousing activities including forklift driving, deliveries, packing, and return materials management.

• Warehousing duties

About you

✅Excellent driver history report
✅Great local knowledge of Canberra and surrounding areas
✅Ability to work safely and unsupervised
✅Attention to detail- particularly with stock control and warehouse organisation.
✅Ability to effectively communicate between site and office
✅Self-starter who shows initiative

Qualification/Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Transport Industry
• Excellent driver history report
• Great local knowledge of Canberra and surrounding areas
• A current HC licence desirable
• A current HR licence essential
• Forklift & Vehicle Loading Crane desirable
• Must have White Card & Asbestos Awareness Card
• Working with Vulnerable People Card desirable

In return what you can expect is:

🕰Full time hours
💰Above award, negotiable salary - $36 - $44/Hour
💰Opportunity for overtime when required

This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for warehousing activities including forklift driving, deliveries, packing, return materials management and maintaining yard integrity and safety.

About you:
• Have a can do attitude
• Can work autonomously
• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in the Transport Industry desirable
• Excellent driver history report
• Great local knowledge of Canberra and surrounding areas

• A current Drivers Licence

We need you to run our crew!

We want experienced Formwork Supervisors to join our company.

Do you have experience in the construction industry in a similar role with a trade construction background and have a proven history in team management and job programming? Extensive experience reading and interpreting plans?

What you will need:
• Working knowledge of Work Health & Safety and Risk Management.
• A minimum 4 years of formwork experience with at least 2 years as a leading handing or higher, in a formwork company.
• Construction Industry General Induction card, Asbestos Awareness card, WWVP
• Driver’s License
• Understanding of project budgets and timelines
• Able to work with a small crew to achieve high-end results
• Willing to work on the tools

This is a full-time position, available to start immediately. Salary negotiable $140,000 + superannuation
