Last night as I was heading to bed I felt anxiety sitting in my body. It had been a rough day. To calm my mind and body I did two Yin poses for 5 mins each butterfly and caterpillar 🐛. When I got into bed I did deep breathing in for 5 out for 7 pausing at each end. When I was in the pattern of breathing I included a silent Loving Kindness meditation. Then I went to sleep 😴. So soundly. Today I woke in a calm, focus and kind frame (even though babies woke me every 2 hours or so). We have so many fabulous resources available to us.
