Its been a long road, alot of hard work, with some very extreme weather conditions for our site staff working on the swing stages for these works.
However, we are extremely happy with the final result and would like to share a few of the before and after photos for "The Elan" external facade upgrades @ Rushcutters Bay.
We would also like to make special mention to Diagnostech Building Consultants Pty Ltd for providing such a great scope of works & specification for this project, and for overseeing every element of the works for the Owners Corporation. www.diagnostech.com.au
Finally, we would like to thank Ardex Australia for providing the complete repair system for these works, from the substrate repair's right through to the final membrane coating system. which provides the maximum warranty available to the owners of this building.
