Do you know your numbers?
Do you have information at your fingertips to base your decisions on?
Do you base your decisions on facts or gut instinct?

I make my decisions based on facts. I need to know my numbers, review my info, get all my ducks in a row ….. and then make a decision.

Working on gut instinct makes me nervous. It means I invest my hard-earned cash on something that might not work. It means I just ‘go with the wind’ and don’t know where I’ll end up.

And that’s a dumb way to do business.

Knowing your numbers (and the facts) is so important – and using a good CRM system will do that for you.

A brand new year is one of my favourite times in my business.

Focusing on your customer is easier than you think.

Putting them first, listening to their dreams, and helping them make them happen is what makes you a brilliant member of the wedding industry.

Creating clear, well-defined CRM goals, with your couple's needs being your highest priority, communicating with them often and helping them along their path to their wedding day, and exceeding their expectations will really make a difference.

Why do I help people in the wedding industry set up a CRM system? Because I love making their business better.

I love getting those crazy texts from a new client when something works! It’s exciting to hear their excitement when they’ve sent a quote to their customer, it’s been accepted, a booking form has been completed, a contract signed, and they’ve paid by credit card ….. all in the space of seven minutes!

I love hearing the ‘aha moment’ when it all clicks into place, and they suddenly understand what their new CRM system is capable of!

And I love making their world better. Helping them regain personal time, making their working day easier, helping them claim control again.
