Elle-C Consulting exists because I know what it’s like to be “voluntold”.
You might be familiar with the situation.
Your boss comes to you and says:
“We need to get an accreditation or certification.”
“Can you organise the audit?”
“Can you update the policies and procedures?”
“How do we do this process?”
Suddenly, you’re responsible for a management system.
I’ve been there.
Earlier in my career, I found myself implementing controls and creating a manual for how a small office meets large office policies. Later in my career I became the "go-to" person for accreditation or audits and the policies, processes, records and everyday realities that went with it.
Those experiences have shaped the way I work today. I don’t believe a management system should be a pile of paperwork created for an auditor. It should capture how your business works, make responsibilities clearer and help your team do their jobs well.
That’s why I created Elle-C Consulting: to help business owners, managers and the people who have been “voluntold” turn what they already know into practical systems they can actually use.
