After being a little too focused on servicing and supporting my amazing clients this year (and a little less focused on social media 😅), I’m taking a short break to recharge.

Thank you to all my clients and connections for keeping me busy doing what I love. It’s been a huge year already, and while my socials may have been quiet, I’ve certainly been working behind the scenes.

I’ll be back in early July, refreshed, recharged, and with a renewed commitment to showing up here a little more often.

Until then, I’m officially out of office and embracing some well-earned annual leave! ❄️🌨️⛄️🎿⛷️

🚨 New OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations Coming December 1, 2025

The Victorian Government has introduced new Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations effective December 1, 2025.

These laws require employers to manage psychosocial hazards such as workplace stress, bullying, and exposure to trauma with the same level of attention and control as physical risks.

Employers must:
🔹 Identify psychosocial hazards
🔹 Assess and manage the risks
🔹 Implement and review effective controls
🔹 Consult with employees and HSRs

This change recognises that psychological health is just as important as physical safety.

Now’s the time to prepare your organisation, review your systems, train leaders, and ensure your teams feel supported.

🧭 Leadership vs. Management 🕰️
“Anything worth having takes time.”

That’s true in business, in growth and especially in leadership.

✨ Managers keep the machine running. They plan, organize, control, and make sure the team meets the goals. Their focus? Efficiency, consistency, and results.

🌟 Leaders, on the other hand, build vision and trust. They inspire, empower, and help people grow into their potential. Their focus? Purpose, people, and progress.

The truth is both roles are vital.
A great manager gets things done.
A great leader helps others become the kind of people who get things done even when no one’s watching. But remember: real leadership takes time.

Time to earn trust.
