Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) is an incorporated indigenous organisation established in 1994 to provide services to remote Aboriginal communities in the areas of essential services (power, water and wastewater), housing management, in home practical support and environmental health. Our commitment is to delivering quality services to the communities and to all of our c
lients. Over the past few years PMM RAC has grown in size allowing us to expand our horizons. The profits from these new ventures are put back into our communities through our Community Projects where we offer goods and services – such as pre-cyclone clean-ups, gardening packs et cetera. We are committed to continuing these projects well into the future. Objectives
It is aim of PMMRAC is to improve the quality of life of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through better outcomes in the following services:
Essential services including power generation, water and wastewater
Housing management including tenancy management, repairs & maintenance and tenancy support
Environmental health programs including dog health and control program
Employment and training
Community projects
Any other services which contribute to an improved quality of life
