Since 2019 I have been helping fashion brands to master fashion e-commerce. Whether that be through business consultation services or via my online fashion courses, my mission has been to help brands to achieve sales growth.

My career in the fashion industry has been diverse. Starting as a textile designer and fashion buyer (2009-20012), moving into fashion wholesale and BDM (2013-2021). This has resulted in a wealth of knowledge that I wish to share with those that are willing to grow and evolve their fashion brands.

Being awarded as 1 of the Top 50 Small Business Leaders 2021 meant the world to me and my business, specifically as 2020 was an extremely challenging year in the industry.

A criterion of the Top 50 Small Business Leaders awards was sustainability, but specifically how you as a business leader supports this within your industry. For myself, sustainability is a major topic within most lessons I teach along with the brands I choose to work with.

To succeed nowadays within the fashion industry you need to:
* Reduce waste and operate a lean stock model - producing to the demand of your market/consumer
* Ensure you have a niche - therefore your product will sell itself
* Be inclusive - support your industry by paying minimum wage and being a responsible source of your raw materials
