R U OK? Day is Thursday September 11 – but equally any day is a good opportunity to ask R U Ok.

Research has shown that people who are regularly asked “are you ok?” do report increased feelings of well-being.

There is a wealth of resources available on the R U OK Day website including ideas to acknowledge the day in your workplace. For example, you might consider:

📌 Printing and putting up R U OK? Posters around your workplace
💛 Encouraging your team to wear a splash of yellow
☕ Hosting a morning tea or another event
💬 Reminding your team of access to employer funded employee assisted programs
