Well! What a year!
2025 is all but done and dusted.
As usual, some thoughts from me..
There has been so much going on in this world of ours that it seems that so many of us are stuck in survival mode. We are just existing, not living. And there is a difference.
In our podcasts with Coach Torque I often put out a challenge for our listeners so here’s your challenge for 2026. It’s not a New Year’s resolution (I don’t believe in them). It’s a challenge should you choose to rise up and accept it. So..
For 2026, taking small steps, work on yourself. For the entire year, then look back and see how far you have come.
Work on yourself. Here are some suggestions:
- don’t diet, practice portion control
- Walk every day, at your own pace and enjoy it!
- Wake up each morning and practice gratitude, write down your intentions for the day
- Read
- Enjoy the art of conversation
- Find time for yourself every day
- Walk out your door and walk through other doors with intention
- Be kind to yourself. What you say is what you are
- Show up every day as you. Be your unique self.
- Declutter. Your house, your car, your mind
- Smile
- Greet people at cafes
- Work silently to improve your life. Let others brag
- Listen to music to change your state/mood. It’s amazing!
- Practice grounding (check out our podcast on this!)
- Listen to Coach Torque podcasts!
- Practise happiness with where you are at and what you have
- Do a small task for someone else, expecting nothing in return
- Celebrate your small wins
As 2026 begins, I wish all of my friends from around the world a Happy New Year.
Work on yourself.
Everything else will fall into place.
