We recently had a round table meeting with good friends in the painting and decorating industry. The subject matter was working towards an unrealistic deadline which is quite often caused by client or developer delays in project start dates and then not making timeline adjustments for completion dates.

It was also identified that not knowing your rates and trying to compete with the lowest price, which is not good practice, so we have agreed to share a resource for a limited time, we currently have a small following, so as long as our following grows and likes on this post grows the link will stay open.

Both situations can be a root cause of an accident or incident.
