AMAC Group are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced archaeologists for AACAI Assistant and Sub-consultant roles for projects in Hobart region of Tasmania, initially between November 2023 and February 2024.

Projects include Heritage, Cultural liaison, Indigenous Archaeology and Historical Archaeology. Tasks include, survey, archival recording, excavation and site recording, artefact processing and cataloguing, lithic analysis and reporting. These positions are currently project based, they will be undertaken with a view to performance review and assessment for expanded roles in specific areas. Preference will be given to locally based applicants.
