Large Earthworks job completed in Jane Brook, for one of our valued builders Oceania Homes.
Job consisted of access track into site, base cut and rock breaking, sub soil drainage, plastic membrane required, sand installation, compacted and trimmed to specified heights.

Quality Bobcat Services had the pleasure creating the foundations for a lovely clients dream home.
The works carried out included organising and supplying council permits for earthworks and leach drain system, base cut for house pad, supply and install sand for house pad, trimmed and compacted supplying the necessary certificates, supplied and installed full septic and leach drain system, service trench for electrical run in and shed pad.

Been a busy few weeks, here is one of our larger jobs recently completed.

Earthworks for a lovely family, to build there dream home.
Works completed are:
Base cut out, Subsoil drainage around perimeter installation, Leach drains and septic system installation, House pad sand delivered, compacted,trimmed and levelled ready for concrete slab pour.
Slab clean ready for the brick delivery.
