Terms & Conditions 22/23
Arrival-
If i feel you or your family are contagiously ill
If keys are not provided and or i am unable to access the property
If i feel uncomfortable or unsafe
Services will be immediately cancelled and full payment will be charged
During-
I will not move any furniture that may result in physical pain or injury
After-
Full payment will
be required within 48 hours of services provided. A 17% late payment fee will be added to your invoice for each 24 hour period that your invoice has not been received. Cancellation-
Two weeks notice must be given for permanent cancellations of services
24 hours notice must be given for temporary cancellations
If cancellations are given within 18 hours of services, a $35 fee will be charged
Any cancellations on the day of your booked service, full payment will be required. Positive covid tests, natural disasters and other suddenness will be considered on a case by case basis. Fee's- as a small business who very much understands the rising cost of living, i will do my absolute best to not increase my hourly rate for this financial year.
