Yes, that is actually my wife and I stepping out of the real Tardis at the BBC Salford studios in Manchester!
While I can't quite offer you trips to ancient Rome or the year 3000, I have set up a different kind of time machine right here for Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges.
It’s a high-tech photo scanning and restoration setup, and it's designed to rescue your irreplaceable memories before they fade away forever.
Every week, locals can hand me dusty old shoeboxes, vintage tins, and albums full of fading photo prints, slides, and negatives from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90. When they get them back as crystal-clear digital files on their phones or computers, it’s just like stepping right back into the past.
Suddenly, you can relive a family picnic at Hanging Rock from 1985, see the vibrant colors of an old wedding dress, or share childhood snaps with your kids on group chats.
Ready to take your own trip down memory lane? Don't let your family history sit forgotten in a dark cupboard where time can damage it.
👉 Please follow my page to see some amazing local photo digitisations and restorations or drop me a message today for a friendly, free quote to digitise your photo collection!

Hi everyone, I’m Bill, a local retiree based right here in the area.
If you have shoeboxes full of old family photos, albums, or school pictures sitting in the cupboard, you might be worried they will fade or get damaged over time. But sending them off in the mail to a big factory can be terrifying!
That’s why I’ve started 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠.
I use professional high-speed equipment to safely turn your paper memories into high-quality digital files. Because I'm local, your precious photos never leave safe hands.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬:
🚗 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞: Let Bill pick up your old photos, or you drop them off to be digitised.
⚡ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝: Loose photos are scanned quickly and safely.
✍️ 𝐓𝐰𝐨-𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝: If there are handwritten names or dates on the back, my scanner captures both sides automatically! Don't lose your Mum and Dads or Grandparents notes on the back of your photos.
🖼️ 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬: I have specialised large-format A4 and A3 equipment for those big old school photos, certificates, or scrapbook pages. Or for photos that are ripped or damaged and can't be fed through a automated scanner.
Whether you have 50 photos or 5,000, let’s save your family history and heritage before it fades.
Send me a direct message (PM) here on Facebook today for a friendly chat or a free quote!
That's a old photograph of me, from way back in the 1950s that I digitised. I'm playing in the muck, out the back of my Grans old house. Don't lose memories like this.

Consultants and Interim Managers both have an important role to play. But they are not the same thing.
A consultant is often brought in to provide expertise, analyse a problem, make recommendations and help management decide what to do.
An Interim Manager is brought in to take action.
They step into the organisation to fill gaps, to take responsibility, work with the existing team, make decisions, fix problems, manage people and projects, and keep things moving.
Sometimes an organisation needs advice.
Sometimes it needs someone who can roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
That is where an experienced Interim Manager can make a real difference. Particularly when there is a management gap, a critical project that has stalled, operational problems that need fixing, or simply too much work and not enough experienced management capacity.
Advice has value. But sometimes what a business really needs is someone to take responsibility and make things happen.

Recruiting the right permanent employee can take weeks — sometimes months.
But the work still needs to be done.
Projects continue. Customers still need attention. Staff still need leadership. Decisions still need to be made.
𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
An experienced interim manager can step in quickly to:
• Keep the function operating effectively
• Provide leadership and stability for the team
• Take responsibility for critical projects or issues
• Bring specialist skills and experience when they're needed
• Identify and address problems that shouldn't wait for a permanent appointment
• Provide continuity while you recruit the right person — rather than simply the person who is available
And there is another important benefit.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲.
Engage someone for a few weeks or several months, establish what needs to be done, and hand over to the permanent employee when they are ready to take over.
At Escape Velocity for Business, we provide experienced interim management support for organisations that need capable leadership now, not three months from now.
If you have a management vacancy, a major project, a business problem that needs attention, or simply need additional leadership capacity for a limited period, an interim manager could be the solution.
