Advanced Tree Production Supervisor -Wholesale Nursery (Chevallum QLD)
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Tree Production Supervisor to join our wholesale nursery in Chevallum on the Sunshine Coast.

This hands-on role focuses on the production and management of advanced trees in 45L bags and larger. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of tree development, root management, and structural pruning to produce high quality stock.

Key requirements:
- Previous experience in advanced tree production.
- Knowledge of root pruning and branch pruning technique.
- Strong attention to detail and plant quality
- Physically fit and capable of handling large trees and outdoor work.
- Ability to supervise staff and maintain production standards.
- Good plant identification and nursery production knowledge.
- Current driver`s licence preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Managing advanced tree production areas.
- Monitoring tree health, growth, and quality.
- Scheduling and carrying out root and canopy pruning to Australian Standard AS2303:2018
- Supervising potting, spacing, staking and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring stock is presented to a high commercial standard.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing wholesale nursery and play a key role in producing premium advanced trees for the landscape industry.

We have one position available at our wholesale nursery located at Chevallum, Sunshine Coast.
Role: Large stock nursery hard - working with 45L, 100L and larger. Long term employment opportunity.
This job is perfect if you love plants and enjoy working outdoors. This job needs someone who is strong to carry out their duties.
Horticultural experience and/or qualification would be ideal but not essential.
