What‘s a busy week but lucky it is now Friyay! And here is the way to start the weekend: crack a bottle of awarded Chardy - JR Blossom Chardonnay 2017 to go with the pan-fried Salmon, dressing with green apple sauce and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to chill at the vineyard like them.
