This one made us chuckle — our customer woke up one morning to no hot water and had to run across the road in her PJs to her friend's house just to have a shower! 😂🚿

Not exactly the ideal start to the day! But we got the call, responded straight away and had everything sorted before she had to make that trip again.

This burnt out plug base was discovered in a roof cavity and it could have potentially started a house fire. Thankfully this customer had safety switches installed that tripped and stopped it in its tracks. ✅

Safety switches save lives. This is not an exaggeration.
