We’re excited to see the McCall Foundation’s Box Hill House and Nelson House project enter its final commissioning and handover stage. Delivered in partnership with Buildcorp, this unique project combines the restoration and adaptive re-use of heritage buildings with modern HVAC and ventilation solutions, creating comfortable, sustainable spaces while preserving the site's historical character. Our project spanned office and community spaces, the indoor swim centre and gym, kitchens and break out areas.

Thank you to our delivery team including Andre Van Niekerk, Omid Rezayan, Biljana Stevanovic, Martin Hadigol, and Russell Jackson and support teams whose expertise, collaboration and commitment have helped bring this complex project to life. We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the contact to construct the mechanical services for HammondCare’s Health and Care facility in Greenwich.

HammondCare Greenwich will be an integrated health campus that includes a 10 storey facility featuring world class clinical and therapeutic inpatient services and administration. It sits alongside residential aged care and seniors living accommodation within a 5-storey North building and a 6-storey South Building, featuring 89 apartments and communal amenities.

It was a privilege to attend the first meeting of the Parliamentary Friends of Clean Air Quality at Parliament House as guests of The Safer Air Project.
We were delighted to be part of this important milestone and to see such strong momentum building around improving indoor air quality in Australia.

Thank you to Plum Stone from The Safer Air Project for the opportunity to be part of this important discussion and to hear Assistant Minister for Health, Rebecca White MP, announce the Australian Centre for Disease Control’s investment in a CSIRO-led project to assess the economic cost of poor indoor air quality. This initiative represents a critical step forward in advancing the national conversation and driving meaningful action.

Precise Air Group’s Andrew Waugh and Airgene’s Philip Gacitua enjoyed the discussion held by Senator Michelle Ananda-Rajah and Monique Ryan MP, Assistant Minister Rebecca White, Trish Cook MP RN, Mark Dreyfus MP, Ged Kearney MP, Kate Thwaites MP, and their advisors.
