A new PC270HW for the Blacklaws.

This is the first Komatsu to join Brin, Julia and Dean Blacklaw’s operation as they get stuck into work around Dannevirke and the surrounding areas.

The PC270HW is set up as a combo machine with both a grapple and Satco 630H Felling Head, plus Active VMA guarding and an MTL Engineering tether hitch. It also has a handy system for lining up the pins when it’s time to swap attachments.

Great to see it already out on the job on the coast from Carterton.

Another Komatsu joins the Roxburgh Contracting fleet.

This time it’s a new Komatsu PC300HW-8 MK4 Tractionline, delivered into Otago on a snowy winter morning.

There was no wasting time, with Damian straight onto the ropes and putting the new machine to work.
