3 жилийн өмнө эхлүүлсэн BNI Монгол байгууллага маань дэлхийн чуулганаас 3 үзүүлэлтээр шилдэг улс гэсэн шагналыг авлөө! Би нь гэж бод идсэн боохой шиг л сэтгэл дүүрэн, зүрх дүүрэн, богц дүүрэн нутаг буцаж явнаа.
Энэ бол ганц миний хийгээд чадчихдаг зүйл огтоос биш бөгөөд үүний цаана бүтэн жилийн турш өглөө бүрийн уулзалтандаа алдалгүй оролцож, бие биенээ дэмжин тэтгэж ирсэн 1000 илүү гишүүд, салбар бүрийн манлайллын баг, шинэ салбар үүсгэж, үүссэн салбарыг халамжлан хөгжүүлэгчид, бүс нутаг хариуцсан захирлууд, бүх ажлыг зангидан бөхлөж байдаг үндэсний баг, гол удирдлага гээд маш олон хүний нөр их хөдөлмөр хүч оршиж байж энэ амжилт гардаг. Хамтдаа чадлаа л гэж хэлье дээ. Та бүгддээ бүгдэд хайртай шүү.

BNI Mongolia, which I have launched three years ago, has been named the top country in the world by three metrics at the global conference! I'm coming back stuffed like a fed boar—my heart full, my bag full.
This is by no means something I could have done alone; behind it are over 1,000 members who, for an entire year, attended every morning meeting without fail, supporting and encouraging one another, along with the leadership teams of each chapter, This success is the result of the tremendous hard work of countless people—from those who launched new branches to those who nurtured and developed existing ones, to the regional directors and national admin team. Let's all just say, “We did it together.” I love you all. There are just too many of you to tag, so please understand.
