The island of Tasmania (Australia) is the ideal spot to experience the great outdoors - with air as clean as Antarctica, around one-third of the state is a national park or World Heritage protected. It is a walkers paradise, with trails and walkways winding over the whole island, where the coastal paths reveal impressive views over Wineglass Bay and the Bay of Fires.

🌿 What do you do when taking small break from your work?

🌿 I've never needed to cook when I was living with parents. After marriage and having children, cooking is a daily duty and want to make a nice dish sometimes to satisfy myself and bring something good to the table 😀. Roasted pork is one of our favourite.

I am so grateful to learn this knowledge and prolem-solving skills from my training. 🥰 This is valuable in personal life, corporate world and my own business.

🌿 If you find yourself Procrastinating on important tasks. You are not alone!

🌿 It is also called Avoidance Behaviour.

🌿 It is a coping mechanism to protect yourself from pressure, discomfort, pain, even trauma and mental health issues. 🙃

🌿 I would scroll on social media or engage in wishful thinking (daydreaming), delay on important tasks and stay busy 😅

🌿 It is not healthy for a long term.

🌿 There are many ways to overcome the Avoidance Bahavior. The only way is to face the challenge and develop prolem-solving skills to gain Confidence and foster Growth, and finding Purpose, Learning from Mistake and develop Perseverance.

🌿 Remember it is our Progress and Growth.

🌿 For me, I find it is helpful to acknowledge the Avoidance Bahaviour, Break tasks into Small Steps and Reward the Progress.
