Early intervention in separation and divorce mediation is also the key to resolving these disputes effectively, this remains particularly true during separation and divorce mediation. Quick and caring resolution in these matters is paramount, especially during what can be a difficult and painful time. Avoiding lawyers and the courts is not only a less expensive way to find resolution it is a more caring and less stressful way to deal with a difficult situation. Mikadie offers a child inclusive practice where the family and children are assisted in a calm and neutral environment. A qualified Family Dispute Practitioner and an accredited mediator (NMAS) able to deal with workplace conflict and community disputes. She is on the Family Dispute Resolution Panel of Interact Support and a member of the the Mediation Institute and the Australian Mediation Association. Mikadie is also a qualified lawyer though not currently practising.

We work primarily online, making our services accessible to families across all of Australia. Sydney office visits are available by arrangement.
