Hello and welcome to Command135!

Firstly, thank you to my family and friends for their support getting this far... but I need you all to keep the momentum going!

I’ve been mentoring and developing strategies for several years. I draw upon professional experiences; tertiary studies; emotional intelligence skills; and a passion for leadership and understanding people and problems.

As a volunteer for the Australian HR Institute Mentoring Program, I’m well-trained and experienced in helping people improve their leadership and management skills, and giving them a career-boosting opportunity. I am naturally empathetic, which helps me understand what motivates people; their concerns; their strengths; and their optimum learning styles.

My 15+ years as an Army Officer has provided me with deep training in leadership, problem appreciation, strategy development and mission planning - reinforced in austere conditions and on operations. I pride myself on analysis and innovation. I especially enjoy working with a disjointed/inexperienced team and seeing them come together to develop a comprehensive plan.

All services are fully scalable in terms of time, detail and cost. I also provide independent research services.
