As many will know, this weekend is the Sydney Leather Titles weekend when new community ambassadors will be chosen and new journeys begin.

While I won’t be attending this weekend’s events, that doesn’t diminish my support for those stepping forward. To every contestant: enjoy it. Show people who you are and what you bring.

Authenticity can be an overused word, so simply be yourself. Don’t perform to expectations or what you think people want to see. Have fun, make connections and embrace the experience.

To our current titleholders, thank you for your service, dedication and for showing up across our community. You’ve brought diversity, personality and visibility to your titles, and the work that you have done, it all matters.

Whether we call it stepping down or stepping aside, I believe part of being a titleholder is lifting up whoever comes next, supporting them, sharing what we’ve learned and helping them have an incredible journey of their own.

These Sydney titles carry a lot of history. Respect it, embrace it, and then add your own chapter.

As Sydney Mr Leather 2023, I’ll continue to be here to support, guide and uplift.

If you havent yet got your tickets for this fundraiser then i suggest you do so quickly its almost sold out and is a fantastic and unique fundraiser where Luis and volunteers will prepare a 3 course meal for lunch. Please support this fundraiser helping Luis with his travel to IML in May.

I'd also like to encourage people in other states to support the local fundraiser for titleholders also making the trip to IML this year, support your community and its ambassadors.

A 3 course meal, with welcome cocktail or mocktail prepared by Sydney Mr Leather 2025 Luis and his crew of volunteers. Very Limited Availability.
