Meet our newest member

Eric Xu is the Co-Founder of Orient Media, a Sydney-based social media marketing agency specialising in helping Australian businesses connect with Chinese-speaking audiences.

Eric works closely with local business owners to build their presence on Chinese social media platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and WeChat. His work covers social media strategy, content planning, video production and ongoing account management, with a strong focus on turning visibility into genuine enquiries and business opportunities.

With experience working across industries including property, professional services, trades and local businesses, Eric understands that Chinese social media requires a very different approach to mainstream platforms.

He enjoys meeting other business owners, learning about different industries and finding practical ways to help businesses reach new customers and grow through the Chinese-speaking market.

Please welcome our newest BBG member, Brad Horan from Lucrature® – Business Growth Consultants.

Brad helps business owners make more money, get more time back, and reduce the stress of running a growing business. While he’s a Chartered Accountant, his focus is on practical business growth, improving profit, cash flow, pricing, systems, staff, and helping businesses run more effectively.

A great referral for Brad is a business owner with staff who is busy and generating sales but knows their business should be making more profit while relying less on them.

We’re thrilled to have Brad join the BBG community. Please introduce yourself and look for opportunities to connect him with business owners who could benefit from his expertise.
