The bravest people I know. ❤️🖤💛

Today I honour my Nan & Pop, proud survivors of the Stolen Generations whose strength, resilience and courage continue to inspire not only myself, but so many others.

I am forever proud of their advocacy, truth-telling and willingness to share their deeply personal stories of survival to educate future generations and create awareness of our history. Their voices carry strength, healing and hope.

Today, on National Sorry Day, I take a moment to reflect, acknowledge and pay my deepest respects to all members of the Stolen Generations, their families and communities.

This day holds a deeply personal meaning for me as both my Nan and Pop are members of the Stolen Generations. Their strength, resilience and courage continue to inspire me every day. Despite the pain and trauma they endured, they continue to share their stories with honesty and bravery educating others, creating awareness and advocating for truth-telling, healing and justice for our people.

Their voices and lived experiences are powerful reminders of the importance of remembering our history, honouring survival and ensuring these stories are never forgotten.

Today we acknowledge the grief, loss and ongoing impacts caused by past government policies, while also recognising the resilience, strength and spirit of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

What began as a passion for weaving, combined with my experience implementing cultural awareness training, consultancy, and delivering community engagement cultural workshops, alongside my background in business, has grown into a broader vision.

A vision to support businesses, organisations, and communities through cultural insight, advisory, and meaningful engagement.
