It’s not that complicated.
We tend to over complicate things, however if we break things down, break through the noise & the constant demands you will see that all business is, is going from constraint to constrain.
Sit in a quiet space & ask yourself ;
What are the 2 core constraints within your business right now?
What initiatives do I need to implement NOW to solve these constraints?
Now execute.
Be consistent with your actions & don’t get distracted by the new &S Int things. Stay focused.
Remember as the CEO of your company, it is your job to hold the vision & make the moves to achieve that vision.
If you solve 4-5 big constraints a year, watch how your business transforms & scales.
