🌺 Reflections from Bali 🌺

Recently, I had the privilege of hosting Conxxion’s top performers at our Elite Performers Retreat in Bali, a place where the air itself seems to whisper possibility.

Surrounded by the island’s beauty, we shared more than just a trip; we shared connection, growth, and the kind of inspiration that reshapes your horizon. Bali has a way of reminding you that even the tallest mountains are climbed one intentional step at a time, and this group has taken those steps with courage, consistency, and heart.

I’m deeply grateful for those who have chosen to invest their passion and energy into the incredible opportunity that Conxxion provides. Your commitment doesn’t just move the needle; it moves people.

Honoured to stand beside you, celebrate your wins, and continue building something extraordinary together.

Here’s to more growth, more impact, and more moments that remind us why we started. 🌅✨

What if one simple word could change everything?

Wrapping up my YES series with this video - a personal journal to myself, a reminder of what I just achieved.

I hiked a mountain 😳. No specific training, just adrenaline, high hopes, and a determination to show the little girl inside me that we are brave. We can do scary things. And most importantly it was all worth it.

Despite prior physical setbacks (that’s a story for another series), I kept going. Halfway up, I had a choice: keep pace with the crowd or push harder to make it in time for the sunset. You know I’m a sucker for a good sunset, so I powered on. That yes and that choice to lean into fear and discomfort changed everything.

The insight, the clarity, and the renewed sense of purpose I found on that mountain are unmatched. It’s like unlocking a part of myself I hadn’t met before.

So, here’s a thought: who’s up for something outrageous like this? Should we organize a girls’ trip? Swap the bubbly for backpacks and hiking socks?

The trail taught me a lot and I’m ready to talk about it all… 🎙 Be part of the very first episode - launching soon, and keep walking this journey with me.

Because I had camaraderie, I met my people.

Because help shows up when you need it.

The climb wasn’t mine alone. It never is.

There were laughs, encouragement, and hands held out when I stumbled (multiple times)

If you’ve been trying to do it all solo this is your reminder: You don’t have to.

This isn’t the end of the hike… it’s just the start of a bigger conversation… 🎙 Next month, I’m bringing these moments to life in a whole new way - in your headphones.

Because I am resilient, I pushed past my physical boundaries and anxiety.

Because I stepped into my strength.

You don’t know what you’re made of until you’re breathless, blistered, and ready to turn back and you keep going.

This is what growth looks like. Not polished. Just powerful.

Because I'm ok with......

Because I overcame.....

Because I asked for help....

Because I said yes....

From the trail to the mic I’m taking these lessons into deeper conversations… 🎙 Follow my upcoming podcast for more reflections, lessons, and conversations that matter.

By this point, you already know the power packed in such a simple three-letter word: YES.

I was terrified.... Heights, doubts, looking silly. But I said yes anyway.

Halfway up the mountain, I had a choice: keep pace with the crowd or power on to catch the sunset.

You know me 🌅 sunsets always win. So I pushed harder, raced ahead.

That yes, and that choice to lean into fear, changed everything.

PS: We’ve been side-by-side on this path, and I’d love for you to join me for the next adventure…
🎙 Let’s keep the conversation going — tune in when the first episode drops this month.

Maybe you find it hard to believe what I'm about to admit but I used to live in fear of heights, of standing out, of getting it wrong.

It wasn’t the climb up Mount Rinjani that changed me, it was that shaky, sweaty YES.

Leaning into one of my biggest fears unlocked a new version of me. And it showed me what’s truly possible when you step outside your comfort zone.

Not by pretending it didn’t exist.

But by walking with it. Step after shaky step. And not giving into the thoughts of doubt, deception or event sabotage (and that little voice can be deifying if we're not conscious of it)

Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s the choice to climb with it.

The trail taught me a lot and I’m ready to talk about it all…🎙 Follow my upcoming podcast for more reflections, lessons, and conversations that matter.

If you’ve been walking this path with me so far, the next step is even more exciting…

The other day I mentioned ‘support’ how sometimes, you just need to borrow belief.

Mid-hike with my team of 4, I can see exactly what that looks like.

It’s the steady hand when you lose your footing.

The giggles that cut the tension.

The quiet “you’ve got this” when your legs are burning.

And the shared pace of being out of breath… but still going.

The yes got me here.

But we are what will get me to the summit.

Because I was confident, I got support.

Sometimes you just need to borrow belief from others, from the energy of a moment, from the version of you that dares to try.

Confidence isn’t loud. Sometimes it’s a whisper that says:

(put a red-lip on, even while hiking a volcano 😂) and just “Just take the step.”

Because I said yes… everything changed.

I didn’t know what I was walking into when I said yes to that hike.

I just knew I was tired of playing it safe.

It wasn’t easy. But that moment - sweaty, scared, out of breath was the beginning of something bigger.

Your yes doesn’t have to be perfect.

It just has to be real.

If any of this series has resonated with you, I can’t wait to share more on the journey ahead...
