Axstra Capital A Sydney based Corporate Finance firm specialising in capital raisings and exits for established private and small cap ASX listed companies.

Axstra Capital is not just a typical corporate advisory firm. Rather than a straight fee for service offering, through the principals and our networks, we seek to work with companies that we can also invest into. Rather than just working with anyone who will pay us, we are much more selective with the clients we take on as we are risking our own capital. We specifically seek to work with and invest into companies who meet the following criteria:

- Proven businesses with quality board and management
- Scalable business opportunity with significant value uplift within 12 to 24 months
- Exit via strategic sale or IPO within 24 months
- Capital raising only to support the Exit or IPO process
