We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced "Energy Account Manager – Strata Sector" to join our team in Neutral Bay.
This is a client-focused role working closely with strata managers, building managers and Owners Corporations, supporting embedded network tendering projects and helping our clients achieve better energy outcomes for their buildings.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with people who have a strong background in account management, strata/property or the Australian energy sector.
If you have solid relationship-management experience, enjoy working with clients and are looking for an opportunity in a specialised and growing area of the strata industry, we’d like to hear from you.

The discussion touches on issues that many Owners Corporations, lot owners and tenants continue to face, including transparency, governance, consumer protections and long-term contractual arrangements. ✔ Understand what’s actually in the agreement
✔ Look for any exit or renegotiation options
✔ Get specialist advice before acting
