yesterday marked one year of Dwell! 💫 i chose to celebrate this 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘯 on my own - not because i didn't want anyone around, but to give me time to 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 and 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 appreciate how far i've come.
honestly i didn't start with much. i didn't have a business background nor do i know much about running one. but i pushed myself to 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯, to 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸, to 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 and to 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘶𝘱.
i've battled with my mind everyday (still do) because i've always felt i wasn't good enough to start something on my own. my anxiety and self-doubt is part of me that i can't kill, but i couldn't be more grateful to my family & best friends who always believed i could do wonders. and that encourages me to 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨.
most 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺, i give this all to God - my Creator for giving me strength everyday to do what i do. i truly can't carry this burden on my own. He is my rock 🫶🏼
