Innovation isn’t polite or patient. It dares us to keep up or step aside.
This week, GRG’s Chief Brand Officer, Bosco Anthony, had the privilege of stepping into the heart of the Mater Foundation office in Brisbane. More than just a workplace, it felt like a living, breathing hub of curiosity and change.
Bosco shared global advancements from GRG and QuantPlus on AI, robotics, and the shifting frontier of technology. Not to replace humans, but to build a superhuman workforce that is more human than ever.
What stood out most was the culture: open, welcoming, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. It’s a powerful reminder that innovation thrives when people are at the centre, and when organisations like Mater lean into change through Innovation Days that give their people the tools to step into what’s next.
Special thanks to CEO Andrew Thomas, along with Simon Jarvis, Brooke Thomas, Dan O’Brien, and the IT team, for making this session seamless and inspiring.
At GRG, we believe innovation isn’t about machines or code alone. It’s about humans daring to ask better questions and shaping the future with courage.
The machines aren’t coming for our jobs. They’re coming for our excuses.
