We are so excited to announce that we are partnering with Aubrey Blanche .themathpath

We’ve long admired her as an incredible thought leader - eagerly anticipating her LinkedIn musings, or seeing her speak on panels.

Last year, we arranged a ‘women in our space’ get together - the friendships that have come from that have been super lovely, and we kept it on the burner that if the opportunity arises we’d love to collab.

And 6 months later it has! She’s already so busy, omg - have you seen her resume - her podcast, her masters at Cambridge and like 75 other jobs, so we are so thrilled that she’s collaborating with us on bespoke projects kicking off this week! 💚

She has over 15 years of experience at orgs like Atlassian and Culture Amp, where she led equitable operations across the enterprise — from talent architecture to product development to ESG strategy. Our clients will benefit greatly from her intentional, strategic, and ethical lens.

And as she says, “there is no AI literacy without ethical literacy. Ethical literacy requires not just thoughtful decision making, but the ability to critique an unethical status quo and imagine a more ethical version of the future.”

Lucky us.

Alternatively, you can genuinely consider building your talent pipeline from within. The numbers below don’t lie - and it’ll only get more competitive. If you start investing in your people in the building right now - you’ll have more engaged and productive teams, and a huge competitive advantage.

Some of the pathways into tech are *quite* broken.

❌ An $80,000 4 year degree
❌OR quit your job, pay your own way through a bootcamp, and hope they place you in a role for the minimum wage.

We’re doing it differently 💚.

With Neoma, your employer pays, and you keep earning. Upon completion, you finish with an actual role, not crossed fingers and hoping for the best.

No STEM degree required, and no career break, starting over at the bottom.

Women control $31.8 trillion in global spending - as in, they control 75% of discretionary spending, and influence 85% of consumer spending decisions.

Every product strategy, every marketing campaign, and every business decision flows through purchasing power that’s predominantly controlled by women.

Yet here we are, with women making up 22% of the global STEM workforce.

In the specific areas where we build the technology that shapes those $31.8 trillion in purchasing decisions, women represent UNDER A QUARTER of the people in the room.

The people making most of the world’s buying decisions have almost no representation in the rooms where AI systems, building tech products, and creating the digital infrastructure for the next decade are being designed.

An entire workforce building products for a customer base they fundamentally don’t represent.

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) found that 91% of women believe brands don’t understand them – um, no s**t. You can’t understand a customer you’ve excluded from your product development process.

This is a fundamental misalignment between who holds economic power and who builds the systems serving that power; this isn’t a pipeline problem or a women’s issue, but a massive strategic failure in workforce planning, and it’s costing the global economy trillions.

Before International Women’s Day arrives with its wheeling out of corporate virtue signalling, let’s talk about an inequity that matters to the organisational bottom line. .4.stem .education.project

Generic AI consultancies sell orgs access to an online course and call it capability uplift for $100k😅.

We’ve said it before - 72% of workers are worried they’ll breach data rules when using AI. And of course this isn’t because they’re careless, it’s that they don’t know how to use them safely in a work context. Which is why universal, blanket pre recorded videos don’t cut it.

You need org-specific use cases, customised guardrails that match your compliance requirements, benchmarking that shows you where your team actually can do today, and what their sentiment toward AI is.

That’s the Neoma difference - we benchmark where you are, train on your use cases, and give you measurable ROI with qualitative and quantitative assessment.

Like we like to say...before you buy the tools, understand how your people work.

The AI talent market is more competitive than ever - for reference, the industry average to hire any talent is 5 weeks, compared to 14-15 for AI.

Your customer service team could be upskilled and productive in 12, and existing tech workers in half that.

The talent shortage isn’t going to fix itself (60,000 AI workers will be needed by next year)- but your approach can.

Three reasons to reach out to Neoma today regarding workforce transformation.

1. Retain your best people by investing in their career growth.
2. Reduce time-to-productivity hiring internally, by developing people who already know your ways of working.
3. Build loyalty and institutional knowledge.

👋We’re Neoma, and we transform workforces for an AI-powered world.

We train people to use AI confidently (and safely), and we reskill teams facing automation into the roles Australia desperately needs - hello tech skills gap - yes, you’re still there.

Australia needs 60,000 more AI professionals by 2027, produces about 7,000 graduates a year, and we can’t rely on skilled immigration.

Our solution is to build capability from within and teach people to work alongside AI.

We give folks the governance frameworks, so they’re not living in fear, wondering if uploading that document will get them fired.

We move people from roles at risk into future-proof careers. e.g Customer service reps become cloud engineers, or admin teams learn to build automations.

Neoma means “new moon.” Renewal, transformation, new beginnings.
That’s what we do.
