Thank you to the Australian Hotels Association - SA Branch for having us at the SE Regional Networking event and especially to Jens Town Hall Hotel for hosting the event. It was a lovely opportunity to connect with some of South Australia's Publicans and their suppliers. That’s a Wrap – Wollongong Baking Show 2025! 🎂👏

What an incredible day filled with creativity, community, and cake! A huge thank you to everyone who came along, showcased their talents, and supported this year’s Wollongong Baking Show.

From towering cakes to buttery pastries, local legends to first-time entrants, today truly celebrated the best of baking in our region. 👩‍🍳✨

Over 300 participating bakeries and countless hours of masterclass judging led to the 2025 winners of the artisan bread division this year.

From 1 July 2025, the skilled visa income thresholds will increase by 4.6%. This is in line with changes to the annual Average Weekly Ordinary Time Earnings (AWOTE). The indexation changes will apply to the following visas: The Core Skills Income Threshold (CSIT), This will increase from AUD73,150 to AUD76,515.
