Spring rain has a way of showing up the drainage problems that have been quietly building all year.

Three of the most common ones we come across around homes in the New England:

1. Drainage that was never properly designed for the block, just hoped for the best.
2. Soil graded the wrong way, sending water toward the house instead of away from it.
3. Landscaping or paving that's blocked the natural flow path water used to take.
