Yesterday was our founder’s birthday, so we have to give him his flowers. 🎉

Ian brings years of logistics and supply-chain experience to what we’re building, but if you know him, you also know he’s not the loudest person in the room. He’s usually the one thinking through how something is actually going to work. 😂

We got the training before we got the client.

When we decided medical courier service would be part of 3 Arrows Logistics, we knew putting “medical courier” on a website wasn’t enough.

So before the contracts, before the routes and before anyone trusted us with their healthcare deliveries, we started learning.

HIPAA.

Bloodborne pathogens.

Laboratory safety.

Packing and shipping requirements.

Because there’s a difference between being able to drive something somewhere and understanding the responsibility that can come with what’s being transported.

We’re still building our client base.

But we’re not waiting until someone gives us an opportunity to start preparing for it.

We want to be ready when the opportunity comes.

That’s part of the company Ian and I are building.

We didn’t start 3 Arrows because the world needed another courier company.

We started it because we saw an opportunity to build the kind of company we would want to call ourselves.

Local.

Easy to reach.

Right now, we’re still in the part of the story where we’re introducing ourselves, meeting business owners, sending emails, learning what local organizations need, completing training, building systems and getting our name out there.

Some may not need us for another six months.
